I utilize the 4th Way Method alongside heart-centered Merkabah energy work to restore and open your heart's center. We will observe the mind, understanding the stories the brain keeps telling you, to rewire neural pathways and raise your conscious awareness.

Our work deeply integrates the mind, body, and energy. We will look at maladaptive behaviors, understanding their roots so you can consciously shift them. For the emotional self, I hold space for you to build a window of tolerance, teaching somatic safety and nervous system regulation to validate your emotions. Finally, I incorporate breathwork, somatics, and energetic clearing to raise your vibration. Energy work is the vital hygiene that integrates and sustains the shifts we make in your brain, emotions, and behaviors.

For our regular ninety-minute private sessions, available via Zoom , I offer a package of twelve sessions for £600. Payment plans are available and can be spread out over the duration of our time together to make this accessible. While we establish a clear foundation, each session is intuitively guided by what you are most called to work on within our agreed framework. This mentorship also includes access to custom-created meditations and voice-note support via WhatsApp during my working hours.
