Your chakras are often blocked, and this issue usually begins in childhood. Through your experiences and repression of emotions, which lead to behaviours that are unhealthy, it creates deep-rooted blockages.

Going and having a chakra cleansing session is great, but if you leave and keep doing the same behaviours and facing emotions and situations the same way, your chakras will quickly become blocked again.

There are layers to the energy centre within our chakras, they are, I believe, and what I work on 4.

EMOTIONS: The emotional layer of things you have not faced, things you have repressed over the years.

BEHAVIOUR: Behaviours that you have learned because of self-protection coping mechanisms needed to get you through life. Such as shutdowns, isolations, emotional outbursts, and many more.

BRAIN/ THOUGHTS: How your brain plays a part in its old belief systems, programming that is not yours. This is an element that holds you back through a lack of connection to intuition, to the higher self, and to trust in something greater than yourself.

VIBRATION: Your overall vibration and energy that your aura emits.

This is connected to all of the above. Your energy is up to 4ft around you, and your energy field works with your heart and brain's electromagnetic field. What you attract is largely down to what is stored within your energy, especially within these two areas heart and the brain.
